Introduction

Welcome to Pro Core Facilities. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all facility management services provided by the Company.


Nature of Services

Pro Core Facilities provides Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and long-term facility management services. All services are delivered strictly as per the agreed scope defined in the signed contract.


Service Scope

  • The scope of services includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and technical support as agreed with each Client.

  • Any services outside the agreed scope shall be treated as additional work and will be subject to separate approval and charges.


Contract Duration

  • All services are provided under a fixed-term agreement, typically 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Renewal of contracts shall be subject to mutual agreement.


Payments

Pro Core Facilities provides Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and long-term facility management services. All services are delivered strictly as per the agreed scope defined in the signed contract.

  • Clients agree to pay all fees as per the agreed payment terms outlined in the contract.

  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.


Service Levels

  • Unless specifically stated, contract pricing covers labor only.

  • Spare parts and materials will be charged separately upon Client approval.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the premises

  • Ensuring required approvals are in place

  • Maintaining a safe working environment

  • Securing valuables on-site


Health & Safety

We adhere to all applicable UAE safety regulations. Clients must ensure that the premises are safe and compliant for service execution.


Limitation of Liability

Pro Core Facilities shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption or loss of revenue

  • Pre-existing defects or third-party failures

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service agreement.


Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice as defined in the agreement.

  • All outstanding payments shall remain payable upon termination.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Abu Dhabi.
